The maximum wagering amount allowed is $2,500 (US) per transaction. The maximum show wager amount is $5,000 (US). The wagering amounts are also dependent on the host racetrack and RacelineBet rules. All wagers are commingled with wagering pools at the host racetrack and will be subject to host racetrack restrictions. In the case of multiple wagers such as a daily double or an exacta box, the base wager is multiplied by the number of combinations to determine the amount of the total wager. Wagers will only be accepted that do not exceed the current balance of players' respective wagering account. All approved wagers will be withdrawn from the account holder's wagering account prior to submission of wager. Winning wagers will be credited to account holder's racelinebet.com account upon posting of official results by the respective host racetrack.

When do wagers need to be placed?
Wagers can be placed up to post time. Note that some tracks now close wagering earlier. To avoid being shut out due to delays over the Internet, we recommend that wagers be placed as early as possible.
What types of wagers are accepted?
We support nearly all wager types offered by our member tracks. The wagering menu will virtually mirror the tracks' wagering menus with the exception of parlay wagers (such as twin-trifecta or tri-super) which require an exchange ticket.
Are transactions confidential?
All wagers and transactions are completely confidential.
How is my wagering dollar distributed?
Because all wagers are incorporated into the host track's wagering pools, the horsemen, the state and the racetracks share in the revenue.
What tracks are available on RacelineBet?
Players can wager on almost all North American thoroughbred, standardbred and quarterhorse tracks as well as United Kingdom, Australian and other foreign tracks. See the current list of tracks here.
Is it possible to cancel wagers?
Yes. The RacelineBet Wager Cancellation feature enables customers to quickly and easily cancel a wager online (within reasonable pre-defined limits).
Note: If you're using an older Firefox v2 browser, you will need to upgrade to the newer Firefox 3.x browser to utilize the wager cancellation feature.

From the "RacelineBet TV" application, click the "Recall Today's Bets" link on the "Wager" widget to access "Recall Today's Bets". What happens to my wager when a horse has been scratched that is part of my wager?
RacelineBet follows the rules in the jurisdiction where the host track is located. RacelineBet will provide refunds or assign other horses in accordance with the member track's policies for handling scratches. The decision of the host track is final. In many jurisdictions the following rules apply:
Single Race Wagers:
Win - Place - Show: If the runner scratches, then the money will be refunded after the race goes official.
Exacta: If one or more of your selected horses are scratched, you will receive a refund for the wager(s) involving the scratched horse(s).
Trifecta: If one or more of your selected horses are scratched, you will receive a refund for the wager(s) involving the scratched horse(s).
Superfecta: If one or more of your selected horses is scratched, you will receive a refund for the wager(s) involving the scratched horse(s).
Super Hi-5: If one or more of your selected horses is scratched, you will receive a refund for the wager(s) involving the scratched horse(s)
Multiple Race Wagers:
Daily Double: If you selected the winner of the first leg and the selected horse in the second leg is scratched, you will receive a consolation double payout.
Pick 3: At most tracks, if the Player's horse is scratched BEFORE the first leg is run, the Player will receive a refund. If your wager is still live going into the second or third leg and the selected horse is scratched, you will receive a consolation payoff provided that your wager wins the other two legs.
Pick N: At most tracks, if the Player's horse is scratched in ANY LEG, the Player will receive the post time favorite as a substitute for each scratched runner in each leg. If you have the post time favorite included in your wager and have more than one horse included in that leg, and one or more of the selected horses are scratched, you will receive the post time favorite for each horse that scratched. In other words, you may have placed the wager only once using the post time favorite, but if any number of your other selections in that leg is scratched, you will receive the post time favorite for each horse scratched in lieu of the horse(s) in this wager.

Account Information ^ more topics
Do RacelineBet account holders have credit card deposit limits?
Yes. There is a minimum of $50 and a maximum limit of $500 on your initial credit card deposit. Please note these limits do not apply to deposits by debit card, Bank Wire Transfer, money order, cashier's check or personal check.
I know my card and credit limit are good, why am I being declined?
The most common reason for a credit card decline is that your issuing bank does not allow deposits to oneline wagering sites. Another common reason (other than over the credit limit) is address verification. On the "Add More Funds" page, the fields will be automatically filled with your account information. If the address your credit card billing statement is mailed to is different, you will need to change the information in the fields to reflect your credit card billing address. You must also provide a valid and complete (email@example.com for example) email address for online deposits. If your credit card is declined, we recommend our FREE EZ Money deposit service.
I am receiving a "Transaction Result #12 Declined" message and I know my card is good. What is causing this decline message?
Our credit card processing system has been returning declined transactions at a higher rate than normal with this message. Many credit card issuing banks have decided to ban online credit card transactions for internet gambling, and although primarily designed to impact internet casinos, it is hitting us too.
We highly recommend the use of EZmoney for deposits as there are no fees for this service. You may also call Player Services toll-free at 866-891-5100 9:00am to 12:00am Eastern to make a deposit over the telephone (which uses a different card processor).
Deposits over the telephone are processed by Global Cash, and may be charged as a cash advance to your credit card. The service fee is 4.5%, but you may be charged an additional cash advance fee by your bank.
I would prefer to mail a money order or personal check. Where do I send it?
Money orders and cashier's checks are deposited in your wagering account the same day as received. Personal checks are held five days to clear. Please DO NOT send cash. A money order, cashier's check, or personal check deposit should be made payable to RacelineBet and mailed to:
P.O. Box 8510
Lexington, KY 40533-8510
If you want to send a deposit via overnight delivery, we recommend using UPS, Emery, FedEx, Airborne Express, and DHL over using the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service since their service has not been timely. If you wish to send your deposits by overnight delivery, please send it to:
P.O. Box 8510
Lexington KY 40533-8510

Why can't I access my account (login, account balance, wagering etc.) at certain times?

Can I access probable payouts?
You can access various probable payouts based on the track and the race.
Which pool does my money go into?
Your wager will be commingled into the appropriate pool of the host track.
How long after the race does it take for winnings to post to my account?
Your wager log update takes only a few minutes from the time the official race results are posted at the track.
When and how do I know if my wager is accepted?
An on-screen wager confirmation, accompanied by a ticket number, is provided within seconds of submitting a wager. There is a Print button located on the confirmation screen if you wish to print the ticket for your records. If a wager is not processed by the host track commingled pools, the Oregon Racing Commission requires RacelineBet to refund the amount of the wager to the accountholder.
Will I be able to see my wagering record?
You will be able to see the history of the current day's wagers by selecting "Recall Today's Bets" from either the "Manage Your Account" page or the wagering screen. You can also see your complete account history which contains wagering activity details and deposit and withdrawal information. This feature can be found by selecting "Detailed Account History Report" on the "Manage Your Account" page. This report can assist you in your record keeping.
Will I be able to see my balance online?

Can I have my winnings transferred to my bank account?

How do I dispute a miscalculation?

What information is RacelineBet required by law to give the IRS concerning account activity?
RacelineBet is required to report to the IRS on Form W2-G all wagering transactions which return a payoff of $600 or more in gambling winnings if such winnings are at least 300 times the amount of the wager. RacelineBet will also withhold funds at the standard IRS rate of 25% from wagers where the aggregate total proceeds of identical bets exceeds $5,000 and if the winnings are at least 300 times the amount of the wager.
Will there be any documentation for RacelineBet online wagering that the IRS will accept for losing tickets, to be balanced against winning tickets when there are signers?
If you do not have internet access, customers may request an "Account Activity Report" from racelinebet.com for the calendar year. This computer-generated report will be mailed to the account holder within 10 days of receipt of the request. This information is also available online by selecting "Detailed Account History Report" on the "Manage Your Account" page which you can print out.
What happens if I forget my PIN?
Your PIN is required for you to access your account for telephone wagering through a operator or IVR. Should you forget your PIN, you must contact Player Services toll-free at 866-891-5100 9:00am to 12:00am Eastern as soon as possible for a replacement or change it through the Manage My Account section on racelinebet.com.

I received an error "Video Access Restricted."
It has been our policy to offer live video for free and that will continue. We take great pride in delivering these services at no charge to you. In peak viewing times, you may have noticed video disruptions. This is due to the large number of viewers at one time on the system.
To protect our regular customers who use the system to wager and view the races, we have implemented the following video access policy:
Video streaming will be available for those account holders who have wagered:
1) A minimum of $50 in the last 5 days you have accessed the video system or,
2) A minimum of $50 during the last 5 calendar days or,
3) A minimum of $100 wagered during the previous 30 calendar days or,
4) A minimum of $600 wagered during the previous 90 calendar days or,
5) A minimum of $5,000 during the previous 360 calendar days.
Viewing will be restricted until any of the minimum requirements are met. The account will then be automatically updated and the restriction will be lifted. The wagers accumulate for telephone and internet service.
Conditional Wagering ^ more topics
What is a "conditional wager"?
A conditional wager allows a player to set minimum odds thresholds that must be satisfied (at a scheduled minutes-to-post timeframe) before the wager is sent to tote for processing. If the minimum odds thresholds are satisfied at the selected timeframe (relative to minutes-to-post), the bet is sent to tote for processing. Otherwise, if the minimum odds thresholds are NOT satisfied, the conditional wager 'fails' and no bet is sent to tote. Conditional wagering enhances the bettor's ability to easily place wagers that he/she feels represent good value.
Which bet types support conditional wagering?
Conditional wagers are currently available for Win, Daily Double, Exacta, and Quinella wagers. Conditional 'WIN' wagers are restricted to only those bets involving a single betting interest. Conditional 'DAILY DOUBLE', 'EXACTA', or 'QUINELLA' wagers are restricted to a single ('straight') combination consisting of exactly two betting interests.
How do I place a conditional wager?
Conditional Wagers can only be placed online at racelinebet.com. Conditional wagers can NOT be placed when using live phone operators to place your wager. When constructing a bet online at racelinebet.com, a "Make this a conditional wager" checkbox will appear for any wager which is eligible for conditional wagering. After marking the checkbox, you will be able to: (1) Define your minimum odds threshold by entering the minimum win odds (for WIN wagers) or entering the minimum Probable Payoff (for Exacta, Daily Double, or Quinella wagers); and (2) Set the scheduled timeframe (relative to minutes-to-post) for the conditional wager to be evaluated. Then, after setting your conditional wager criteria, continue the construction of your wager as normal.
How does conditional wagering help the bettor?
Conditional wagering helps the player:
- Make value oriented bets without having to constantly monitor the tote
- Ensure fair odds when placing bets - especially when placing bets in advance
- Avoid wagers on overbet ("underlay") horses
Are conditional wagers "fixed odds" bets? Are the minimum payoffs guaranteed?
No. The payoffs for conditional and non-conditional bets remain identical. Conditional wagers merely allow the player to define if/when a bet should be sent tote. Conditional wagers accepted by tote may ultimately pay less than the minimum odds/minimum probable payoff since final odds and payoff information cannot be determined until all wagers have been placed into the pari-mutuel pool. Conditional wagers do NOT guarantee a minimum odds/probable payoff on your wager.
Will my bet be cancelled if the odds drop after the bet is sent to tote?
No. After the bet has satisfied the minimum odds/probable payoff criteria(at the scheduled timeframe) and the bet has been accepted by tote, the bet will remain in the pari-mutuel pool - regardless of later odds changes.
How do I know if my conditional wager was sent to tote?
As always, today's betting activity for your wagering account can be reviewed through "Recall Today's Bets" (available in the drop down under "More Options" on the wager frame). In addition, betting and transaction activity which occurred before today can be reviewed under "Detailed Account History" (available through "Manage My Account").
The status ("Open", "Accepted", "Completed", "Cancelled", or "Failed") of any wager can be reviewed from these screens.
What is an "Open", "Accepted", "Completed", "Cancelled", or "Failed" conditional wager?
The "status" of a conditional wager falls into one of the following states:
"OPEN" wagers have been submitted by the bettor but have NOT yet been sent to tote.
"ACCEPTED" wagers have already been sent to and accepted by tote.
"CANCELLED" wagers have been cancelled by the bettor before being sent to tote.
"COMPLETED" wagers have been accepted by tote and the results of the bet have also been settled by tote.
"FAILED" wagers have failed to satisfy their minimum odds/probable payoff criteria and were NOT sent to tote -or- the bets were rejected by tote for some reason.
Can I cancel a conditional wager?
"Open" conditional wagers which have not yet been sent to tote can be cancelled via Recall Today's Bets (available in the drop down under "More Options" on the wager frame).
Why isn't my account balance debited immediately after placing a conditional wager?
Account balances are not debited until the conditional wager has been successfully accepted by tote. In the event your account balance does not have the funds needed when being processed by tote, the wager will 'fail'. Be sure to maintain a sufficient account balance to fulfill all of your "open" conditional wagers. Otherwise, your conditional wager(s) may be rejected by tote for insufficient funds.
If your account balance does not have sufficient funds to satisfy multiple conditional wagers made on the same race with the same scheduled timeframe(relative to minutes-to-post), the wagers will be processed in the order that (i) the condition is satisfied and (ii) the wagers were created.
Why are some Minimum Probable Payoffs based on a $1 base wager amount and others based on a $2 base wager amount?
Unfortunately, base wager amounts vary from track to track for the reported Probable Payoffs of Exacta, Daily Double, and Quinella wagers. Some tracks use a$1 base wager amount when reporting their Probable Payoffs and other tracks use a $2 base wager amount. For this reason, it is important to pay attention to the displayed base wager amount when defining your minimum Probable Payoff.
Why don't you offer conditional wagering for Place & Show wagers?
The tote only provides current odds and probable payoffs for Win, Exacta, Daily Double, and Quinella wagers. For this reason, conditional wagers are restricted to only those bet types.
Why don't you offer conditional wagering for 'Box' and 'Wheel' wagers?
Unlike 'straight' wagers involving a single probable payoff, there are multiple probable payoffs for box and wheel wagers (one for each possible combination). What if only five of the six combinations in a3-horse box meet your minimum probable payoff criteria? Should the conditional 3-horse box wager "fail" and no bet be sent to tote? Or, should five individual straight exactas be automatically placed (instead of the 3-horse box)? How should the late scratch of a runner be handled? As you can see, the complexity is raised considerably for box and wheel wagers. Therefore, conditional WIN wagers are currently restricted to only those bets involving a single betting interest. And, conditional EXACTA, DAILY DOUBLE, or QUINELLA wagers are restricted to a single ('straight') combination consisting of exactly two betting interests.
